Can Obbo Lighting support custom Christmas lighting projects?

Yes. We support customized Christmas lighting and holiday decoration projects. Buyers can send drawings, reference images, required dimensions, colors, lighting effects, installation environment and target budget. Our team can help with product selection, structure planning, sample development and production.

What custom products can you make?

Common custom products include outdoor street motif lights, pole-mounted lights, across-street decorations, 2D motif lights, 3D sculpture lights, LED Christmas trees, acrylic animal lights, garlands, wreaths, photo spot decorations and shopping mall holiday displays.

What is your sample policy?

For first cooperation, sample fees are usually charged. If a bulk order is confirmed, the sample fee can be discussed and may be refunded according to the order situation. For normal items, sample preparation usually takes about 7 to 10 days.

What are your payment terms?

Common payment terms are T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Final terms can be confirmed according to product type, order value and project requirements.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on product type, quantity, customization level and season. Standard products are usually faster, while large outdoor decorations, 3D sculptures and project-based custom items need more time for design confirmation, material preparation and production.

Can you help buyers choose suitable products for a project?

Yes. Buyers can share the project location, decoration area, installation environment, theme, budget range and reference images. We can recommend suitable product categories, sizes and lighting effects for the project.

Do your products have certification or testing support?

Selected products can be supported with CE, TUV or other testing reports depending on product type and market requirements. Buyers should confirm the required standards before placing an order.

What is the warranty policy?

The common warranty period is one year. Warranty details may vary by product, usage environment and order terms. Correct installation, suitable voltage and proper outdoor protection are important for product performance.

How do you pack and ship Christmas lighting products?

Products are packed according to product size, structure and shipping method. For large decorations and 3D items, packing plans can be arranged to protect the structure and lighting components during transport.
